Appointment requests may be made by email 48 hours in advance, and we will contact you to confirm your appointment. Policies Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us time to find a replacement for that spot. Reminder Calls: A courtesy reminder call will be done one to two nights before your appointment. Returned Check Policy: A returned check will be subject to a $30.00 charge. "No Show": In the event we arrive for a scheduled appointment and find no one there to release the pet to our care, there will be a $30.00 service fee attached to the next groom per pet. |
