the day and may be unable to answer the phone. If this is the
case, please leave a message on our voice mail and we will
return your call within two business days.

Appointment requests may be made by email 48 hours in
advance, and we will contact you to confirm your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48
hours prior to your appointment. This allows us time to find a
replacement for that spot.
Reminder Calls: A courtesy reminder call may be done one to
two nights before your appointment.
Returned Check Policy: A returned check will be subject to a
"No Show": In the event we arrive for a scheduled
appointment and find no one there to release the pet to our
care, there will be a $30.00 service fee attached to the next
groom per pet.
